AptSweep

Find your apartment 60 seconds faster.

New listings on Rightmove, Zoopla, ImmoScout24, WG-Gesucht, and Daft appear in your popup within ~60 seconds of being posted. One click opens the contact form with your name, email, and message already filled in — you review, hit Send, done.

How it works

1

Save your search

Set your filters on Rightmove / Zoopla / ImmoScout24 / WG-Gesucht / Daft like you normally would. AptSweep installs as a browser extension.

2

Get sub-minute alerts

While you have any matching tab open, AptSweep polls your saved search every 30–75 seconds and surfaces new listings in the extension popup.

3

Pre-filled application

One click opens the listing's contact form and pre-fills your name, email, phone, and message template. You review and click Send yourself.

Privacy

AptSweep is a personal browsing-enhancement tool that runs in your browser, with your sessions, your credentials. The information below describes what data is processed where.

What stays in your browser

  • Your saved search settings (countries, keyword filters, message template).
  • Your contact details (name / email / phone / address) used to pre-fill application forms — entered by you, stored locally, never sent to aptsweep.com's servers.
  • The listings AptSweep has tracked (a small per-source cache used only for de-duplication; capped at 200 per portal).

What we don't do

  • We don't run a server-side scraper.
  • We don't aggregate listings from multiple users.
  • We don't auto-send applications. You click Send yourself.
  • We don't cache or re-host listing photos.

Analytics

aptsweep.com uses Cloudflare Web Analytics (cookieless, no personal data, no cross-site tracking). The browser extension itself does not phone home — it never pings any analytics endpoint, including ours.

Data deletion

All extension state lives in your browser's local storage. To wipe it: open the popup → Settings → "Clear stored listings", then uninstall the extension.

Changes to this policy

Material changes (new data categories, new third parties, scope expansion beyond what's described above) will be called out in the changelog of the next extension update on the Chrome Web Store and Firefox Add-ons listings, and reflected here. We won't broaden the privacy posture silently.

Effective date: 2026-05-08.

Terms

By installing AptSweep you agree to these short terms.

What AptSweep does

AptSweep is browser-side automation: it observes the listing pages you're already viewing on each portal and surfaces new entries. It runs with your credentials, in your session.

Your responsibilities

  • You're responsible for complying with each listing portal's terms of service.
  • You're responsible for the messages you send through pre-filled forms — including their accuracy and any agreements you accept on the portal's checkout/contact flow.
  • Use realistic templates. Bot-flavored messages get accounts banned, which doesn't help anyone.

Third-party automation

AptSweep itself never auto-sends — every application requires your own click on the portal's Send button. If you augment AptSweep with third-party auto-clickers, auto-senders, or any tool that submits applications without your click, that's outside AptSweep's scope and you accept any consequences (including portal account bans) yourself.

Liability

AptSweep is provided "as is." We're not affiliated with or endorsed by any listing portal. We're not liable for any consequences arising from your use of the tool, including missed listings, account bans, or rejected applications.
